Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Anarion Group ("Anarion," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit anariongp.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run our website and respond to inquiries:

  • Contact details you provide. If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever message you send.
  • Basic log data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamp) for security and diagnostics.
  • Analytics and session data. We use PostHog to collect pageviews, interaction events (such as button clicks), and session recordings. Session recordings mask all form inputs. PostHog respects the Do Not Track browser signal.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to questions, proposals, and support requests.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the website.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising outside of our own products.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email, analytics), and only to the extent they need it to perform their work. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Analytics

This site uses PostHog (PostHog Inc., San Francisco, CA) for product analytics. PostHog collects:

  • Pageviews and navigation patterns
  • Interaction events (button clicks and link clicks)
  • Session recordings with all form inputs masked
  • Browser and device type, approximate location (country/city via IP)

If you submit your email via the contact form on this site, we treat it as a request for outreach. Your address is associated with your PostHog person record using posthog.identify(), which links prior anonymous session activity to your identity. Nelson receives an instant notification and will respond personally. We use your email solely to follow up on your inquiry — we do not add you to any mailing list, share your address with third parties, or use it for advertising.

We use this data to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties beyond PostHog as the data processor.

PostHog respects the Do Not Track browser signal — if your browser sends DNT, we skip the identify call entirely. You can also enable Do Not Track in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or simply not visit this site. PostHog's own privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.

Data retention

We retain contact correspondence for as long as needed to maintain our working relationship, and delete it on request. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then purged.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. You can also decline to provide information, though that may limit our ability to respond.

Children

Our services are intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
